The department designs and administers a range of surveys directed at the various beneficiaries of university services, in order to measure satisfaction and gather feedback for performance improvement.
Principal Surveys
Faculty Evaluation Survey (Students)
Administered at the end of each semester to measure student satisfaction with teaching-staff performance; results feed into teaching-performance evaluation and professional-development plans.
Programme Satisfaction Survey (Students)
Measures students’ satisfaction with academic programmes in terms of content, teaching and assessment methods, and available resources.
Graduate Survey
Administered to alumni some time after graduation to measure how well the programme prepared them for the labour market and professional needs.
Employer Satisfaction Survey
Directed at employers of the university’s graduates, measuring their satisfaction with graduate quality and skills.
Workplace Satisfaction Survey (Staff)
Measures satisfaction of university faculty and administrative staff with the work environment, benefits, and opportunities available.
Administrative Services Satisfaction Survey
Measures satisfaction of students and faculty with the quality of services provided by administrative departments.
